Optima Asset Management strives to provide quality service to all of our Tenants.  We make a point to be here for you 24 hours a day.  We take service seriously and are here to help you.  We want to provide our tenants with a well maintained and professional environment.


Non emergency maintenance needs are addressed within 48 hours.

If you are reporting a maintenance emergency (i.e. Flood, Fire Hazard, Bodily Injury Hazard, etc.) please contact our office immediately at (949) 852-0900 during the hours of 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday or (877) 289-8593 after regular business hours.

Please submit your maintenance requests here.

Please include your building address, suite #, tenant name, contact name, tenant email, contact #, and maintenance issue. A customer service representative will respond to your request during normal business hours. If it is after hours please call the emergency # 877-289-8593.
