Joining the Optima team in 2012, Daniel is responsible for all aspects of leasing. He works diligently to ensure marketing, client relations, contract development and coordination is executed efficiently and effectively. He prides himself on his ability to negotiate win/win solutions for Optima’s clientele and works to support his dynamic team in any way he can.
Driven by his thirst for knowledge, Daniel strives to develop the best possible solutions for owners and tenants alike. His dedication to going above and beyond results in his efforts exceeding expectations, one client at a time. He is committed to the continued evolution of the Optima brand and is proud to offer first class service to each person he interfaces with in his role as Leasing Manager.
Beginning his career in residential real estate, Daniel quickly discovered his passion for working with people to help them find the right space for their needs. Drawn to the commercial side of the real estate business, Daniel enjoys the day to day relationships he facilitates with Optima’s clientele and thrives off of seeing clientele flourish in their work environment.
