Bio | Danny Molgaard, Operations Manager
Danny began his career with Optima in 2007 as the Operations Manager. With more than 8 years of experience, Danny’s role is diverse and critical to ensuring smooth operations. His responsibilities include managing the supervisors of the maintenance staff as well as daily operations for the Optima headquarters. He oversees day to day operations including office staff management, human resources and payroll while being directly responsible for the management of 11 properties. Danny’s dedication to excellence has allowed Optima and its clientele to thrive. Having experience in both residential and commercial real estate, Danny enjoys the challenge of working in the commercial side of the business and its diverse nature. He thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys being a part of a team he can help motivate. Danny currently holds a Contractor’s License in the State of California and is an integral part of the in-house construction division at Optima.
Prior to joining the Optima team, Danny spent 7 years Beauchamp Realty. He then opened his own company called Coast to Coast, which provided fire and flood damage restoration as well as full service painting for commercial properties. He managed and operated Coast to Coast for 8 years before he chose to embrace the next chapter of his career path.
Being a part of the Optima team has allowed Danny to continue developing his career which was nurtured in Optima’s family owned environment. Danny takes immense pride in his work and is proud to be helping develop the constriction arm of the Optima brand which will allow Optima to truly be a comprehensive asset management company. He is grateful to be able to grow with the Optima team and in turn help Optima’s clientele reach new levels of success.
